Adaptive Business Continuity (Adaptive BC) is an alternative approach to standard continuity planning.

Adaptive BC is built on a foundation of real-world experience from scores of professionals -and- innovations in related disciplines such as Agile, Lean, and Motivation 3.0.

Adaptive BC uses ten principles to guide the continuous improvement of an organization's continuity capabilities.

We favor the flexible identification, measurement, and improvement of capabilities over the linear creation of documentation and deliverables. We believe in the need to prepare people more than paper.

We invite preparedness professionals, academics, policy makers, researchers, and thinkers to join in shaping these changes to the discipline.
